This member is seen at recovery meetings, as well as all other business meetings.
Which actually isn't a bad thing because most of the other guardians * officers are now counting business meetings as (recovery) meetings.
A patrol officer will travel from group to group and expound about inane issues that don't really matter.
While attending any, ASC, RSC, WSC, they will be stuck on the Motion " I motion to refer this to the groups."
If this doesnt pass they will always abstain from a vote.
They tend to flock together with other patrol officers.
And are truly prone to lobbying or discussing Issues "outside the meeting" prior to placing any motion into action!
